Side view of the Tubular jig for holding the staves to allow for safe turning. The 3d printed version below I've used a 10mm metal bar which works well.

3D printed Tubular box jig with 10mm bar.

This is a 3d printed version with tenon for a chuck and a threaded metal bar.  I'll bring it to Monday's demonstration if you would like to have a look.
