In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation I, the undersigned hereby consent/do not consent to the North Lincolnshire Woodturning Association (NLWA) holding the following personal information about me.

Name, Address, Telephone Number(s), Email address and photographs and descriptions and information about your woodturning.

The Data will only be used by the North Lincolnshire Woodturning Association to communicate with you on NLWA matters by email, post and telephone and to internally analyse membership data. It will not be disclosed to any other persons or organisations.

Photographs of and descriptions and information of your woodturning may be used to promote, advertise and benefit the North Lincolnshire Woodturning Association membership.

If you wish to have your personal data removed from the North Lincolnshire Woodturning Association membership database, you can request this at any time by contacting the secretary.

Should you cease to be a member of NLWA all your personal data will be removed from the NLWA membership data base.
